Tri-Core developments was founded in 2014 by property developer Dominic Woodward & project manager Tom Holliday and has offices in both York & Wakefield.
Unlike most builders and main contractors Tri-core Developments offer a complete service for our clients working with architects and other professionals from the initial enquiry, right up to the completion of the project and hand over to ensure the best possible results are achieved every time.
We work with both residential and commercial clients to deliver high end buildings and refurbishments. Our projects range from as small as a residential house extension up to new build blocks of apartments and housing estates.
