Waterton Park Hotel, Wakefield
Project Brief
The Waterton Park Hotel is a grade II listed hotel in Wakefield and a very prestigious client. The brief was that their existing conferencing and spa facilities were sub standard and that they needed something to wow their clients. Tri-Core were asked to provide the build on a new large extension to the existing conference building which would provide new reception area, spa & treatment rooms.
