Project Brief
The property was a mixed use development with only a large apartment on the first floor. The client decided that they wanted to add value to the site by adding a two bedroom apartment to the roof space.
Two large dormer windows were added to the rear of the property. This added a vast amount of extra space and housed the kitchen and master bedroom of the apartment. The living areas and second bedroom had a number of Velux windows to let in plenty of natural light. The end result was a professional looking 2 bedroom apartment that the client managed to let for £600pcm.
