Project Brief
A joint venture with the developer, Tri-core acted as main contractor overseeing the conversion of this grade II listed former magistrates court house to conversion to 14x apartments. The site threw up some complexities with a full ventilation system being required due to conservation requiring a secondary glazing to near all of the original windows as well as the restoration of the historic cells which were used for storage for the new apartments.
